1. What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in triathlon and endurance sports gear, including swim equipment, cycling accessories, running essentials, performance apparel, and multi-sport training accessories. All products are curated for durability, comfort, and performance.


2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. What are your shipping options?

We offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping within the United States.
Delivery estimates:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–4 business days

  • Priority: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts and before tax).


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to check delivery updates. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.


6. What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

Note: Certain items such as swimwear, clearance items, or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.


8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product variations, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.


9. How do I know which size to order?

Most of our products include a detailed size chart on the product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with your measurements, and our team will help you choose the best fit.


10. What if I receive the wrong item?

If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue and cover all return or replacement shipping costs.


11. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
